We reached out to Mr. Kherani for help would a workers Comp case and he was so great. He’s to the point and doesn’t sugar coat anything, which we loved. My husband and I are very straight and to the point and so was he. We really appreciated that about him. Him and his team helped us get through a normally painful process to obtain medical care. My husband got his treatment, and for the most part is much better. We are glad we had Ameesh to work with and help us along this long process. I couldn't be more pleased with the way my case was handled by Mr. Kherani and his staff. During the course of my case, I have had the pleasure of speaking with most of his staff at the Knoxville office. After the office opened in Jacksboro and most if not all phone calls were answered by Lisa in the Jacksboro office. Lisa went above and beyond to assist me with any question or problem I would have. I know she probably got tired of me calling but not once was I ever refused the help I was asking. I would recommend Mr. Kherani to anyone needing an awesome attorney.

Amessh Kherani is not only a professional attorney but he is someone who cares. I was fired from my job because I was injured and I had nobody to help me. When I met Mr Kherani I was getting no medical attention and no money for compensation. I was fired and they left me out to dry with nowhere to go or nobody to turn to.
When I met with Dunaway law firm is the first time I met with Ameesh. Not only did he make me feel comfortable because he was confident he could help me but he knows the law and he knows it well. He pulled out a book and he knew which book to pull out for the stature that protects me by law for being an injured worker. He works hard he keeps in touch with his client and he always updates them so you never feel like you're alone. It was a good feeling to have a professional attorney who also felt like a friend because he never left me hanging.
When it comes to settlements he does not fool around he gets the most he could for his clients. He's a fighter and he believes in the law because most insurance companies don't care about the individual. Kherani law firm it's not only professional but you feel like you have a friend in your corner. As you all know dealing with insurance companies is never a good thing but it's nice to have a friend in your corner and that's how I feel about Kherani law firm.
Whether I was hurt on the job hit by a car or any kind of legal help I may need I will always go back to this law firm. He gave me the will to go on and not give up. I don't think you'll ever find that in another law firm if I could give him 10 stars I would but the maximum is 5. I want to thank Kherani law for three and a half years of hard work which I never would have gotten through alone. I recommend him highly. His office also works like a well-oiled machine the communication is second to none and that office. I project that karini law will be around for a very long time and I project they will be successful in anything they try to do. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. My father in Law was a general sessions Judge. I came to Mr. Kherani with a workman"s compensation case that another attorney had messed up. He was able to fix it and got me a settlement. I have not encountered such a dedicated and smart attorney in a long time. Wish more were like him .

All's I know to do is start from the beginning. I had a fall at work that changed my life for good. I had to go on work comp and had to figure that out because my hole 50 years of working I never had field for anything like that at all. So to make a long story short, they were making me go to Fort Sanders ER to get a three day work excuse. I had to go three times and be checked into the ER and have cat scans all three times just to get a work excuse. (And I had a concussion and it was like 45 miles there.) And the bills were adding up. So I begged them Work Comp and my HR person at work to tell them that my job was secure but he told me that I had to do whatever work comp said. So anyways they were going to stick me with the hospital bills, and try too force me to come back to work. like there was nothing wrong with me.This is when I reach out to Ameesh. (All's I can say is he was God sent) it has been over two years that he has helped me (AND I MEAN HELPED ME AND MY FAMILY.) So If you have to deal with Work Comp at all you can rest assured that Ameesh will keep them off your back and make them pay all your medical bills. I couldn't have made it without him. And I feel that him and his staff have become like family.

What can I say but Mr. Kherani and his staff are exceptional. I don't know what I would have done with out him. Every time I called......he called back. Any question I had....there was a answer. My situation was a realestate matter and personal to us. We did not live in Tenn. And live in another state where laws are diff. I spoke to other firms before knowing we were in the right place.
I know there are always different scenarios, but I can almost assure you Mr. Kherani and staff can handle it.
They were professional, responsive, reassuring and comforting. He is definitely the attorney I would use again.
If not for Mr. Kherani, I don't think my case would have been finalized. I spoke to other attorneys while in Tennessee and can say. Use this Attorney, you will not be dissatisfied. He will be there for you. I feel he and his staff made us feel everything would be ok.....trust. We did and we are very happy.

10/10. Can't say enough positive things about Ameesh Kherani and how he handled my legal issues. He has the ability to break down very complex situations and find strategies and solutions that are creative and effective. He is a MASTER NEGOTIATOR. He is strong and tenacious when appropriate, yet tactful and pleasant when needed.
He maintains poise under pressure, and has a focus and attention to detail that is absolutely remarkable. Many late nights (sometimes into 3:00 am) and early mornings I would find that he was working on my case. His communication was always clear and prompt. He will stand up for what is right and has a sturdy backbone and is an outstanding person to have fighting in your corner.
Four other attorneys ran around in circles (for a year and a half!) and wasted a significant amount of my money and TIME before I thankfully retained Ameesh. Ameesh was able to solve my matters in a few months, and at a fraction of the cost. With way less stress.

I was handed over to another attorney in the firm without anyone saying a word to me about this.
After 2 years they still do not have all my medical records they should have already in their files to help bring this case to closure.
